In case of faulty goods
If you receive faulty goods, you also have the right to return these goods and to ask for a replacement or a refund within 3 days of (first) application.
It is imperative that our covering instructions are followed, if proper silage covering practice has not been followed, your claim may be rejected. Please see instructions here.
Silostop will always try to reimburse goods which have proven production defects.
Unfortunately, damage resulting from mishandling by the end-user is not covered therefore it is important that extreme care is taken right up until the product is finally placed on the silage. E.g. boot heel indentations, damage due to dragging on site
To start a claim, you can contact us here or speak with your local Silostop salesperson. For the process to be more efficient, we will require in depth description of the defect, along with photos/video footage of the damage, batch code number from the outer packaging/inner core in order to effectively process any claim.
